Terms and Conditions
Full payment is required in order to confirm your booking. We reserve the right to consider bookings cancelled if the full due payment is not received on time.
Our preferred payment method is via BACS. Payment with a credit or debit card will NOT incur a charge.We do NOT currently accept AMEX payments.
Cancellation Charges: RISK FREE! NO CANCELLATION CHARGES, GUARANTEED! We are proud to be the first training company in the UK to introduce a risk free, no cancellation fee policy. Just call, book a room and pay!,If you cannot go ahead with the training and inform us at least 7 days before your training day then you are able to re-schedule without penalty. Your new booking should be re-scheduled up to a year of the cancellation date (subject to availability). The fee for your booking is non-refundable.
If we (The Training Room Hire Company) have to cancel a booking, we will offer alternative date(s) subject to availability OR refund in full the fee of the cancelled booking (on a daily basis). We will not be liable for any losses direct or otherwise if we have to cancel a booking. Our Liability will not exceed refunding the paid room hire fee on a daily basis under any circumstances.
For clients who have booked a room, whose trainers and/or delegates do not turn up, the full balance is non-refundable or transferable, if the clients have not informed us at least seven working days in advance.
Clients loading their own software can do so on the condition that they own adequate licences to do so and will indemnify us against all losses caused through breaches of copyright. Software may not be loaded without our prior agreement.
Trainers are welcome to add any electronic software and data files to PCs belonging to the Training Room Hire Company, as part of their training and hire of the facilities. All files, software and data added to, created and or deleted is the responsibility of the trainer. It is the trainer’s responsibility to ensure all sensitive, private and confidential data is removed from PC’s at the end of training. Trainers are permitted to leave any electronic software and data files on PCs they would like to use during a future training session.
Hours of use:
The hours of hire are 09:00 until 17:00. However, you may access the training rooms from 08:15 until 17:30 unless we need access for maintenance purposes. The rooms must be empty and cleared by 17:30.
Evening and weekend access is by arrangement only.
Food & Beverages:
No food or drink may be brought into, or disposed of in the computer rooms. Water is provided; no other food or beverage is permitted in the rooms.
Cabling & Connections:
Clients may not disturb, disconnect, or change the cabling and connections in the rooms. In the event of any problem our support staff will endeavor to address it immediately for you. The manual provided in the rooms includes instructions for connecting laptops.
Liability & Additional Charges:
The Hirer will be liable for all losses or damage incurred during the hire period. The Hirer will be liable for additional charges if cables and connections are disturbed; food or drink is brought into the room; the room is left in an unusable condition; and/or the hirer exceeds the room vacation time of 17:00 without our prior agreement.
Clients are advised to ensure that trainers and facilitators see and comply with the information on the Trainers’ Information Sheet. This can be found on the trainers’ desks in the rooms, and may be provided with your booking confirmation.
We will not be liable for failure of 3rd party suppliers. Our terms and decisions shall be final in all matters.
These terms supersede any previous terms.
